Which is the best to buy CANON A540 OR CANON A710?
Both are excellent cameras in terms of image quality and ease of use. As far as a better buy, I would lean towards the A710 IS just because the technology is a little more advanced- it has a more compact body and most importantly, it has image stabilization, which you won't want to live without once you've tried it (it makes a huge difference in preventing image blur). The only downside with the A710 is that when you are using the flash, the recycle time- time from taking one photo until when the camera is ready to shoot another- can be quite long, stretching into several seconds. But if you don't shoot with flash terribly often or don't mind a little delay, this camera is really fantastic.
