1. Eligibility: PENTAX Travel Contest (the�Contest�) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrant may be either an amateur or professional photographer. Employees of PENTAX Imaging Company, their respective related companies, dealers and agents, as well as immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. The contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Sponsors: The Contest is sponsored by PENTAX Imaging Company, 600 12th Street, Suite 300, Golden, CO 80401 (the�Sponsor�).
3. Agreement To Official Rules: Participation in the Contest constitutes entrants�s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling, as determined by sponsor, all requirements set forth herein.
4. Entry Period: The Contest entry period begins October 15, 2007 at 12:01 AM(CST) and ends February 28, 2008 at 11:59pm (CST). (the �Entry Period�). Entries submitted prior to or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.
5. To Enter: Visit www.pentaxphotogallery.com/travelphotocontest during the Entry Period and complete the Contest registration form including photo title/caption and description.
