Organisers of the Daily Telegraph Adventure Travel Show photography competition have changed the terms and conditions of entry after Amateur Photographer (AP) magazine spotted a controversial clause.
Rules for entering the contest implied that organisers can use submissions 'in any way that we want, and in any media'.
However, a few hours after we highlighted the troublesome wording, a spokeswoman told us: 'Thanks for your help in identifying the issues with the competition rules. Certainly we want to make sure these are reasonable and fair for all concerned.'
She added: 'We have taken advice from our legal department and as such have changed the terms and conditions.'
