Pentax UK has alerted consumers to a manufacturing defect affecting a 'small percentage' of three-pin plug cords supplied with the K10D digital SLR and five of its compact cameras.
The recall affects the following models sold after 20 November 2006: The K10D; Optio A20; T20; W20; S7 and L20.
'Customers are being asked to check the plug cords of cameras that fit these criteria,' said Pentax in a statement issued this afternoon.
