1. This promotion is only open to UK residents, Channel Island residents and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over.

2. �50/�75 cash back offer available to purchasers of the Olympus E-410 Digital SLR Camera body, and Olympus E-410 together with either a single lens (14-42mm) or a twin lens kit (14-42mm and 40-150mm) subject to availability.

3. To be eligible to claim your cash back you must have purchased your qualifying Olympus E-410 Digital SLR Camera and/or lens kit new (not second hand or graded stock) between 15th September and 31st December 2007 from a retailer in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland. Employees of Olympus and their immediate families, its agents or anyone professionally associated with this activity may not participate in this offer. Qualifying E-410 Digital SLR Camera and/or lens kit must be purchased at the same time. This offer is only available on qualifying Olympus E-410 Digital SLR Cameras and/or lens kits originally sourced from Olympus UK Ltd . (you should check with your retailer for confirmation on this point). Cameras with Warranty cards from outside Europe (USA or Asia) will also be excluded.

4. The cash back offer is available to end-users only and not, for the avoidance of doubt, to any person who has purchased for the purposes of resale.

5. To claim this cash back offer you must (a) go to www.olympus.co.uk/e410cashback and complete and submit the promotion claim form by inserting your name, address, email address, contact telephone number, date of birth and date and place of purchase, serial number by 15th January 2008, then (b) print off the promotion claim form, complete this and post together with the warranty card showing the product serial number with your original proof of your qualifying purchase (meaning a receipt or other standard proof of purchase in the event that there is no receipt proving the purchase) to Olympus E-410 Cash Back Offer, Spare Pair Marketing, 3 Howden Road, South Norwood, London, SE25 4AS so that it is received by 31st January 2008. Proof of purchase submitted must detail the product purchased, the retailer�s name, address and telephone number, the serial number of the product purchased, the date of purchase and the price paid. Any claim made or proof of purchase received after 31st January 2008 will be rejected. We recommend that you take a copy of your proof of purchase and warranty card although we will endeavor to return the originals to you. Once the claim has been processed you will receive an email requesting your bank sort code and account number and the cash back funds will be electronically paid into your account.

6. Only one electronic transfer will be available in respect of each qualifying camera purchased. Company and government bulk purchases are excluded from this offer.

7. The cash back offer will not be available where the claimant has received a refund to purchase the Olympus E-410 Digital SLR Camera and/or the lens kit, whether under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or otherwise, cancellation including for the avoidance of doubt circumstances where the claimant has replaced the qualifying Olympus camera and/or lens kit purchased with a non-qualifying camera and/or lens kit under the terms of sale of the retailer. In the event that any claimant cancels their contract to purchase the qualifying Olympus E-410 Digital SLR Camera and/or lens kit then the claimant shall forthwith repay to the Promoter the �50/�75 by way of cheque made payable to Olympus UK Ltd and sent to the UK address stipulated by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against claimants who fail to return the cheque or repay the �50/�75 on cancellation of their contract to purchase.

8. Offer is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

9. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of any proof of purchase by retailers to purchasers. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any shortage of stocks of qualifying Olympus cameras and/or lens kits held by retailers.

10. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require such further verification as to the identity and details of the claimant and/or the verification as to their qualifying purchase before electronic transfer to the claimants bank account of �50/�75. Claimants therefore will need to have a bank or building society account into which the cash back can be paid. The bank details will be used exclusively for purposes of the promotion and will be erased after the cash back amount has been successfully transferred. The information collected will not be communicated to other parties. Payments cannot be made by bank cheque.

11. Subject to clause 10, the transfer of �50/�75 will be made to the bank account of the respective claimants, as provided by them in their claims form, within 28 days of a claim being made (as set out in clause 5 above) and receipt of proof of purchase.

12. The decision of the Promoter is final. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims or accompanying documentation lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated or altered. Claims that do not comply with these terms and conditions may be disqualified by Promoter.

13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any disruption to this Promotion, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control.

13. By entering this Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of the terms and conditions may, at the Promoter�s discretion, result in forfeiture of the cash back payment. In the event that any claim is disqualified then the claimant shall repay to the Promoter the �50/�75 by way of cheque made payable to Olympus UK Ltd and sent to the UK address stipulated by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against claimants who fail to repay the �50/�75 on disqualification.

14. Instructions form part of the terms and conditions.

15. This Promotion shall be governed by English law.
