This is to celebrate 35 years since the release of the first Godfather movie. The phone will come in a special Godfather themed box. I assume the phone will be black like the N73 ME from the picture on the box. It also comes with a full movie on a 256 MB card. I found this info over at terminal.hu which is a Hungarian site.
